The Act of Celebrating the Coming Year

There are a few main reasons why people should celebrate New Year's:

People should take the time to reflect on and remember their accomplishments of the year. New Year's is an occasion for celebrating personal and professional achievements from the previous year.

It can also symbolize a fresh start. The new year represents a new beginning, a chance to start over and make positive changes.  Many people make New Year's resolutions to improve their lives. The new year offers a symbolic opportunity to leave bad habits behind and start anew.

In summary, the act of celebrating New Year's can be a symbolic time for reminiscing as well as optimism, revelry, and bringing people together through both new and old customs. For many, it represents a fresh start full of possibilities.

If you are making New Year’s resolutions, how will you track them? And, how will you keep yourself motivated to follow through?
